Note: You can adjust the amount of coconut 3in1 powder and brown sugar syrup to your taste. You can also use regular coconut milk or another type of non-dairy milk if you prefer.

- Add the syrup to the tea and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Pour the tea into a pitcher and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once the tea has cooled, transfer it to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled ice tea over them.
- Add the popping boba or jelly to the glass and serve the tea cold. Enjoy!
